2.1 用户在申请使用小象直播网站网络服务时，必须向小象直播提供准确的个人资料，如个人资料有任何变动，必须及时更新。因用户提供个人资料不准确、不真实而引发的一切后果由用户承担。
2.2 用户不应将其账号、转让、出借或以任何脱离用户控制的形式交由他人使用。如用户发现其账号遭他人非法使用，应立即通知小象直播。因黑客行为或用户的保管疏忽导致账号、密码遭他人非法使用，小象直播不承担任何责任。
2.3 用户应当为自身注册账号下的一切行为负责，因用户行为而导致的用户自身或其他任何第三方的任何损失或损害，小象直播不承担责任。
2.4 用户理解并接受小象直播网站提供的服务中可能包括广告，同意在使用网络服务的过程中显示小象直播和第三方供应商、合作伙伴提供的广告。
2.5 用户在使用小象直播网络服务过程中，必须遵循以下原则：
2.5.1 遵守所有与网络服务有关的网络协议、规定和程序；
2.5.2 不得为任何非法目的而使用小象直播网络服务系统；
2.5.3 不得利用小象直播网络服务系统进行任何可能对互联网或移动网正常运转造成不利影响的行为；
2.5.4
不得利用小象直播提供的网络服务上传、展示或传播任何虚假的、骚扰性的、中伤他人的、辱骂性的、恐吓性的、庸俗淫秽的或其他任何非法的信息资料；
2.5.5 不得侵犯小象直播和其他任何第三方的专利权、著作权、商标权、名誉权或其他任何合法权益；
2.5.6 不得利用小象直播网络服务系统进行任何不利于小象直播的行为；
2.5.7
不得制作、复制、发布、传播含有高危险性、危害表演者自身或他人身心健康的内容，包括但不限于：（1）任何暴力和/或自残行为内容的；（2）任何威胁生命健康、利用危险器械表演，或其表演方法可能危及自身或他人人身和/或财产安全的：（3）怂恿、诱导他人参与可能会造成人身伤害或导致死亡的危险活动的；
2.5.8 如发现任何非法使用用户账号或账号出现安全漏洞的情况，应立即通告小象直播。
2.6 用户不得利用基于深度学习、虚拟现实等的新技术新应用制作、发布、传播虚假新闻资讯信息。用户在发布或传播利用基于深度学习、虚拟现实、生成式人工智能等新技术新应用制作的非真实音视频信息，或其他可能导致公众混淆或误认的信息内容时，应当以显著方式予以标识。
2.7 用户不得发布扰乱平台经营秩序的信息，包括但不限于垃圾信息、商业招揽信息、过度营销信息，与所评论的内容没有关联的信息，刻意使用字符组合以逃避技术审核的信息。
2.8 如用户在使用网络服务时违反任何上述规定，小象直播或其授权的人有权要求用户改正或直接采取一切必要的措施（包括但不限于更改或删除用户收藏的内容等、暂停或终止用户使用网络服务的权利）以减轻用户不当行为造成的影响。
2.1 User must provide sufficient personal information when apply for Elelive's web services usage, users
are entitled to update time to time if there's any information changes. Users are entirely responsible
to ensure that all of the information is true.
2.2 User shall not transfer account, lend or any form that beyond user's control to other person. You
shall notify Elelive immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, or any other breach of
security. The hacker acts or you fail to keep your account secure and confidential, Elelive will not be
liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
2.3 User may be held liable for losses under own registered account, Elelive will not be liable for any
loss or damage caused by users or third-party.
2.4 User understand and accept all the services provided by Elelive including advertisement, you agree
to display ads provided by Elelive, a third party or partners in connection with user's use of the
network services.
2.5 User has to comply the principle below while using Elelive's network services:
2.5.1 Comply with network services agreement, rules and orders;
2.5.2 Do not allow misuse when using Elelive's network services system;
2.5.3 Do not allow make use of Elelive's network services system to perform any activities which
affect the operations of internet or mobile internet;
2.5.4 Do not allow to make use of Elelive's network services to upload, publish or spread any
false, harassing, aspersion, threatening, vulgar obscene, or other unlawful materials and information;
2.5.5 Do not allow to infringe upon the rights, copyrights, trademark rights, reputation or other
legal rights of Elelive and any third party;
2.5.6 Do not allow to make use of Elelive's network services system to perform any actions made of
brought against Elelive;
2.5.7 It is prohibited to produce, reproduce, publish or disseminate content that contains high
risks or is harmful to the physical and mental health of the performer themselves or others, including
but not limited to: (1) any content involving violent and/or self-harming behavior; (2) Any performance
that threatens life and health, uses dangerous equipment, or whose performance methods may endanger
one's own or others' personal and/or property safety; (3) Encouraging or inducing others to participate
in dangerous activities that may cause personal injury or lead to death;
2.5.8 You shall notify Elelive immediately of any unauthorized use of your account/password, and any
other breach of security.
2.6 Users are not allowed to use new technologies and applications based on deep learning, virtual
reality, etc. to create, publish, or disseminate false news and information. When users publish or
disseminate non real audio and video information produced using new technologies and applications such
as deep learning, virtual reality, and generative artificial intelligence, or other information content
that may cause confusion or misidentification among the public, they should be prominently identified.
2.7 Users are not allowed to post information that disrupts the platform's business order, including but
not limited to junk information, commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information,
information unrelated to the content being commented on, and intentionally using character combinations
to evade technical review.
2.8 If there is a breach occurs when user is using network services, Elelive or authorized person has
the right to request user to amend or directly take action (including but not limited to amend or delete
user's content and etc, suspend or disable a user by using network services) to reduce the impacts of
illegal acts.
