ELELIVE respect the owners of intellectual property rights. ELELIVE’s User Agreement require user to ensure: They are responsible to all the posted content; this type of content shall not infringe on the rights of third parties; also shall not violate any applicable law or regulations.
This policy sets out on how we can respond to allege violations of the copyright of ELELIVE. In addition, we may respond to alleged copyright violations which under ELELIVE’s User Agreement and applicable law.

Please note that this policy is only relevant for alleged copyright violations. If you are concerned about any other alleged infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights (such as trademarks), or any other alleged violation of ELELIVE User Agreement (such as inappropriate content), please refer to ELELIVE User Agreement (including acceptable use policies) or contact us at support@elelive.tv.

Notice process summary pursuant to this policy: If we receive valid notices of suspected copyright infringement ("Notice" below), we will take reasonable steps and contact the party who uploaded to ELELIVE.

Notice of infringement should be submitted by email (in the body of the email or attached as pdf).

Please note that we may retain or provide a copy of any notice to anyone as required by law or as we reasonably require to protect our interests. Please also note that we do not assess whether copyright infringement has actually occurred and that the dispute should be resolved by the parties concerned through the process of law. After notification, we may remove the relevant material from the ELELIVE before the dispute is finally resolved regardless of the matter.

Remarks: Do not make false statements!

Please consider submitting any notice email carefully, especially if you are unsure whether you have (or are legally authorized to use) the relevant materials - if so, we recommend that you contact your lawyer. If you make a false or malicious submission notice in purpose, you may need to take legal responsibility.

To submit a notice, you must be the owner of the material copyright (or the agent of the copyright owner) to submit a notice which relate to such material.

The notice must be in writing and must at least contain sufficient detail: to provide reasonable and satisfactory evidence of the copyrighted work (describe the work you have) that you believe has been infringed. Verify that you (or your principal, if you are an agent) are the owner of such copyrighted work.
The materials you claim infringe your copyright and provide reasonable information, so that it enable us to identify and locate the materials of ELELIVE.
Include the following statements: "I sincerely believe that the use of copyrighted content contained on ELELIVE as described above, is not authorized by the copyright owner, his agent, or is protected by law. I pledge that in subject to perjury, the information in this notice is accurate, and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the exclusive right allegedly infringed." Also note down your address, contact number or email address.
