2.1.1小象主播必须遵守以下规定，否则将受到处罚，违规的情节严重程度由小象官方依据违规意图、违规时间和违规主体等客观因素来进行综合评定。
2.1.2小象主播有义务保证直播环境健康有序，主播需对直播间中的连麦者、房间信息等所有直播内容负责，若以上部分有违规行为，小象官方将依据违规情况，处罚违规者的同时，连带处罚主播。
2.2.1严禁进行反政府的行为。 例如：
(1) 违反宪法确定的基本原则的；
(2) 危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的；
(3) 损害国家荣誉和利益的；
(4) 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视、破坏民族团结的；
(5) 破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的；
(6) 散布谣言，扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的；
(7) 散布暴力、恐怖或者教唆犯罪的；
(8) 煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序的；
(9) 其他可能引起或已经引起不良影响的政治话题；
2.2.2严禁直播违反法律法规、平台政策的内容例如：
(1) 展示毒品样品、表演及传播毒品吸食或注射方式、讲解毒品制作过程等一切与毒品相关的内容；
(2) 组织、宣传、诱导用户加入传销(或有传销嫌疑) 的机构；
(3) 直播宣扬赌博/赌场、毒品、卖淫等相关信息的；
(4) 情色、裸露尺度过大等行为；
(5) 绿屏、马赛克；
(6) 残疾人、军人直播；
2.2.3严禁进行威胁生命健康，或利用枪支、刀具表演 例如：
(1) 使用刀具、仿真刀具、枪支、仿真枪支、表演具有高度危险性的直播内容；
(2) 表演危害他人人身安全的内容。如：殴打他人、威胁他人等；
(3) 表演危害自身安全的内容。如自残自杀自虐等；
(4) 表演危害动物生命健康的内容。如虐待小动物等；
(5) 其他威胁生命健康的表演；
2.2.4严禁传播具有性行为、性挑逗或性侮辱内容例如：
(1) 传播侵犯他人隐私的走光、偷拍、漏点等信息；
(2) 传播招嫖、一夜情、换妻、性虐待等的有害信息；
(3) 传播情色游戏、动漫；
(4) 传播淫秽、低俗网站；
(5) 传播涉黄、带有性挑逗、性暗示的图片、言论、歌曲、文字、视频、音频等内容；
2.2.5禁止发布广告类信息例如：
(1) 发布赌博类、博彩类、售卖粉丝人气、钻石等、成人用品类、枪支、军刀、弓弩类、成人影视类、性用品、保健品类、香烟广告、非法性药品广告和性病治疗广告等包含但不限于以上内容。
2.2.6直播着装包含低俗、暴露、带有明显性暗示的妆容等 例如：
(1) 女性大尺度裸露背部，男性赤裸上身；
(2) 穿着情趣制服、情趣内衣、暴露装、透视装、肉色紧身衣、内衣外穿、半截抹胸、渔网袜、吊带袜、三角短裤或呈现三角状短裤、低腰超短裤、有性暗示文字或图片的服装等；
(3) 上装：裸露内衣、穿着露沟或容易露沟的服装。下装：短裙或短裤下摆高于臀下线。
(4) 其他不雅妆容。
2.2.7侵犯他人合法权益 例如：
(1) 侵犯他人隐私，危及公众利益。未经当事人同意，公开他人身份证、名片、姓名、住址、电话等个人资料及其他隐私信息、进行任何形式的采访、互动等行为；
(2) 使用文字、音频、图片、视频等任何形式宣传其他同类型直播平台或公会；
(3) 播放未经授权的影视动漫作品或游戏；
(4) 直播无自主行为能力的婴幼儿露JJ的，侵犯其合法权益的其他行为；
(5) 冒充媒体、电视台、记者等名义进行直播活动或未经授权的非官方活动；
2.2.8直播动作言行违规内容例如：
(1) 在镜头前聚焦胸部、臀部、腿部、脚部等敏感部位博取眼球，如：对着镜头撅屁股、展示裆部；
(2) 出现带有性暗示或挑逗行为动作。包括但不限于：抖胸、猜内衣裤的颜色、直播脱/穿丝袜、撕扯或剪衣服等；
(3) 使用性用品或暗示性的道具进行表演；
(4) 进行其他类涉政、涉黄、违法、侵权、或威胁生命健康等其他类型违反小象社区相关秩序规范的表演；
(5) 以任何形式进行任何擦边游戏表演。如：揉胸、揉臀、用臀部画圆、用胯模拟活塞运动等包含但不限于以上动作；
(6) 带有明显暗示性的舞蹈，禁止出现：撩上衣、撩裙子；
(7) 抽烟、驾驶车辆直播等行为；
(8) 以自虐或攻击他人来吸引眼球的表演。包括但不限于酗酒、虐待自己、他人或互殴、吃或者展示各种令人不适的物品，活物、死物等；
(9) 组织带有骚扰、挑逗性质的直播活动；
(10) 讨论政治敏感性话题；
(11) 宣传色情低俗内容，带动用户低俗氛围，如主播诱导连麦对象擦边、诱导游客违规行为；
(12) 诋毁、谩骂攻击他人、地域攻击、骚扰、调戏他人；
(13) 骚扰或鼓动他人骚扰的表演，仿色情挑逗等引起人性欲的声音；
(14) 描述赌博/赌场/麻将/扑克/牌九类游戏；
(15) 传播给他人造成损害的不实报道；
(16) 进入易涉黄娱乐场所直播：如洗浴中心、夜店等。
(17) 镜头中出现其他路人(非主播本人) 的违规行为，如喝酒、路人吸烟、男性赤裸上身、着装过于暴露等内容。
(18) 直播标题违规。
2.2.9直播封面包含低俗、暴露、带有明显性暗示的妆容等 例如：
(1) 女性大尺度裸露背部，男性赤裸上身；
(2) 穿着情趣制服、情趣内衣、暴露装、透视装、肉色紧身衣、内衣外穿、半截抹胸、渔网袜、吊带袜、三角短裤或呈现三角状短裤、低腰超短裤、有性暗示文字或图片的服装等；
(3) 上装：裸露内衣、穿着露沟或容易露沟的服装。下装：短裙或短裤下摆高于臀下线。
(4) 其他不雅妆容。
2.1.1 Elelive’s VJ must follow the following regulations, or else will be liable for a penalty of, in accordance with the seriousness of the case based on violate intention by Elelive official, time violation and subject violation to conduct evaluation from the objective causes.
2.1.2 Elelive’s VJ has the responsibility to promise that atmosphere of broadcast live is orderly healthy, VJ has to take responsible of the live connector, room information and others live content, if any of the above involve violation, the person and the VJ will be under penalty based on the situation by the Elelive official.
2.2.1 Strictly prohibited to conduct an act against the government. Example:
(1) Violates the basic principle of constitution;
(2) Endanger national security, divulge state secrets, subvert the authority of the state, prejudicing national unity;
(3) Damaging the state reputation and interests;
(4) Stirring up discord among people, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity;
(5) Undermining the state’s religious policy, advocates cults and superstitions;
(6) Spread rumors, commit injustice to society, destabilize society;
(7) Spreading violence, terror or abetting crime;
(8) Incitement to illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, and assembly to disrupt public order;
(9) Other political topics that may have had adverse effects;
2.2.2 Strictly prohibited to broadcast content that violates legal regulations, platform policies, for example:
(1) Display drug samples, perform and spread drug use or injection, explain drug production and more;
(2) Organize, promote, and induce users to join marketing (or suspect) organizations;
(3) Live broadcast of gambling/casino, drugs, prostitution and more;
(4) Behavior such as sensuality, excessive bare scale and etc;
(5) Green screen, mosaics;
(6) Live broadcast by disabled and military personnel;
2.2.3 Strictly prohibited to conduct threats to life and health or the use of firearms or knives performance, for example:
(1) Use of knives, simulation tools, guns, simulation guns, and perform live content with high risk;
(2) Perform content that endangers the person’s safety. For example: beaing others, threatening others and etc;
(3) Perform content that endangers your own safety. For example, self-inflicted suicide and etc.
(4) Perform content that endangers the life and health of animals. Such as abuse of small animals;
(5) Other life-threatening performances;
2.2.4 Strictly prohibited the dissemination of sexual, or insulting content, for example:
(1) Disseminate information that infringes on the privacy of others, such as wardrobe malfunction, to someone picture without permission, leaks and etc;
(2) Dissemination of harmful information on soliciting, night-time feelings, changing of wife, sexual abuse, etc.
(3) Spread erotic games and anime;
(4) Spread obscene and cheesy websites;
(5) Spread images, words, songs, text, videos, audio and others that involve yellow, sexual teasing, sexual cues;
2.2.5 Advertising-like information is prohibited:
(1) The above content is included but not limited to gambling, selling the number of fans, diamonds, adult products, guns, military knives, bow crossbows, adult video type, sex products, health care type, cigarette ads, illegal drugs, and sexually transmitted diseases treatment advertisements.
2.2.6 Broadcast live dress that contains chessy, exposed, cosmetic cues, and more, for example:
(1) Women have a large scale of bare back and men have a naked upper body;
(2) Wearing sexual uniforms, emotional underwear, exposed clothing, fluoroscopy, carnivorous body clothing, underwear, half-cut bras, fishing socks, sling socks, triangular shorts, low-back overshorts, sexual suggestive text or pictures of clothing, etc;
(3) Upper wear: Bare underwear, in open or easily grooved clothing. Lower part: Skirt or shorts are swung above the hip.
(4) Other unelegant make-up.
2.2.7 Infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of others, for example:
(1) Encroaching on the privacy of others and endangering the public interest. The disclosure of personal data such as identification cards, business cards, names, address, contact number and other private information, and any form of interview or interaction without the consent of the person concerned;
(2) Use other similar broadcast live platforms or guilds in any form, such as text, audio, pictures, videos, etc;
(3) Play unauthorized video animation or games;
(4) Other acts of child with no capacity to act independently in broadcast live, violated legitimate rights and interests;
(5) Live or unauthorized, unofficial activities, impersonate media, television station, journalists, etc;
2.2.8 Live broadcast action violations, for example:
(1) Focus on sensitive areas such as the chest, hips, legs, and feet in front of the lens, such as: Flaps your buttocks toward the lens, and displays your gusset;
(2) Sexual hint or provocative action, including but not limited to: shaking your chest, guessing the color of your underwear, live stripping/wearing socks, tearing or cutting cloths, etc;
(3) Use sexual supplies or suggestive props to conduct a performance;
(4) Perform other types of performances that involve political, yellow, illegal, infringing, or threatening the health of life and other types of performance that violate the rules of order of Elelive community;
(5) Perform any edge game in any form. Such as: Kneading the chest, kneading the hip, drawing a circle with the hip, simulating the piston movement with the hip, etc, including but not limited to the above action;
(6) Dancing with obvious cues is prohibited: Strong tops, dresses;
(7) Smoking, conduct a live while driving and others;
(8) Performance that attracts attention by self-abuse or attacking others. This includes but not limited to alcohol abuse, ill-treatment of oneself, others of beating, eating or displaying various unwell objects, live, dead stuff, etc;
(9) Organize live events that are harassing and provocative;
(10) Discuss politically sensitive topics;
(11) Promote pornographic and cheesy content, and encourage users to be cheesy, such as the VJ induces even wheat objects to wipes over the edges and tourists to conduct illegal activities
(12) Defamation, verbal attacks, geographical attacks, harassment, and tease another person;
(13) Acts that harass or incite others to harass, mimic sexual-inspired sounds, such as sexual advances
(14) Describe the nine types of gambling/casino/mahjong/poker/card games;
(15) Dissemination of false reports that cause harm to others;
(16) Conduct a live-in pornographic entertainment venue: Such as bath center, night club, etc.
(17) Other passers-by (not VJ) who appear in the camera scene violations, such as alcohol consumption, smoking, naked men, overexposed dress, and so on.
(18) Live header violation.
2.2.9 Live covers contain vulgar, exposed, make up with obvious cues and more, for example:
(1) Women have a large scale of bare back and men have a naked upper body;
(2) Wear erotic uniforms, erotic underwear, exposed clothing, fluoroscopy, carnivorous body clothing, underwear, half-cut bras, fishing socks, sling socks, triangular shorts, low-back over shorts, sexual suggestive text or pictures of clothing, and more;
(3) Upper wear: Bare underwear, in open or easily grooved clothing. Lower part: Skirt or shorts are swung above the hip.
(4) Other inelegant make-up.
